Athlete's Welcome Reception

This free event is open to all tournament players and volunteers, and it is a great way to kick off the weekend, connect with other teams, and celebrate the start of the tournament together.
We will have exclusive access to the main room until 11:00 p.m. After that, guests are welcome to stay and enjoy the drag show.
Whiskeyjacks' Wet & Wild Tournament Party

The Whiskeyjacks are known for their Wet & Wild party during pride and we're hosting a special edition for the tournament. Swimwear is encouraged (so maybe pack a cute spare one that won't be wet from the games) or wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and fabulous! Since it's an evening event, don't forget your glow-in-the-dark accessories to light up the night.
Sunset Beach BBQ

Join us for our End of Tournament Picnic and BBQ at beautiful Sunset Beach, right next to the Vancouver Aquatic Centre.
This free event is open to all tournament players and volunteers, and it’s a great chance to relax, celebrate the weekend, and enjoy one more evening together by the water.
We’ll have the BBQ fired up with burgers and hot dogs, including vegetarian options, plus salads, desserts, water, and soft drinks.
The picnic area is officially alcohol free, so if you choose to bring your own beverages, please be discreet.
Sunset Beach can cool down in the evening, so we recommend bringing a camp chair or picnic blanket, along with a sweater or jacket to stay comfortable.
If the weather has other plans, we’ll share an alternate location on the day of the event.
